How It Works
The Mobile Clinic
A fully equipped diagnostic van travels a rotating route through Northern Uganda and the West Nile region, bringing laboratory, imaging, and screening services directly to villages and refugee settlements.
Patient Workflow
Registration
Patients register on arrival; basic vitals and history are recorded.
Screening
Nurses conduct initial screening to identify areas needing testing.
Diagnosis
Lab and imaging teams run relevant tests for an accurate diagnosis.
Referral
Complex cases are referred to MJ Medical Care Centre or partner hospitals.
Treatment
Patients receive on-site treatment or medication where appropriate.
Follow-up
The team tracks recovery and schedules return visits as needed.
